Yeah, I just finished my Hunter star blocks. Just need to sew them together. I think I've decided to piece half delectable mountain blocks as the border ( still need to learn to make these). Should I put a narrow border around quilt before I add the delectable mountain blocks. Any other suggestions welcomed.
    TIA

Hunter's Star is such a nice pattern ... please show us a few of your blocks.

I'd sew them together first to get a feel for it, before determining the borders ... or making your delectable mountains!

Yes, I would think you would want a border before doing a pieced border. After you piece your blocks together play around with how wide you want it to be. I normally like a width of the border to be equal to a part of the block. You may not want it to be too narrow.

Whoops hit send button too soon. It's posted in the picture section. I don't know how to link to it. No one here to help me at this time.

I just looked at your posts and was going to put the link on here for you ... though you haven't started any threads in the Pictures section. Did you add it to another thread in Pictures?
