    Thanks to everyone for the comments and suggestions. I switched out the two-fabric spacer border for purple. A picture of the completed top is in the pictures thread.

    I like #2 with the inner thin paisley border BUT I do not like the wide outer paisley border. Maybe a thinner /2" outer border in paisley.
