Love the paisley border with the two thinner inner borders. It is perfect for this quilt. The other one has too many different colours and is too busy for your beautiful black red and white quilt.

Def the Paisley. The introduction of the orange/yellow in the other one clashes with the basic black/white/red of the quilt.
