Marshalls dry goods and thousands of bolts didn't have any, and what little I do find has black in it not what I want. would anybody know a site to find border prints..and what manufacture would have border prints

Wilmington Prints (wholesale only). is known for having a Border in every collection. Wilmington refers to them as "repeating stripe." Search their website using "repeating stripe. You will be amazed!

Timeless Treasures has lots of them too. Robert Kauffman, etc. Most fabric mfgrs. Offer border prints. Ask your LQS. These are "quilt shop" only vendors.

Although I haven't yet had a chance myself to use any border prints, when I looked up Jinny Beyer is when I first heard about them. I understand she also sells them from her webpage.

I do a lot of Bargellos so I usually like to use a darker tonal for the border to frame the quilt. If what you are looking for are the larger stripes. I don't think that many are produced because of demand. They have a tendency to outshine the pieced quilt. You might try Fabric Shack, Hancock of Paducah or Eleanor Burn store I think is also located in Paducah. Her store on the west coast is Quilt in a Day. They ALL have excellent customer service that you can call and inquire. I wish you good luck.

Jinny Beyer Studios has a lot of border prints. She uses a lot of them in her patterns.
