Break time!

I'm working on a doll quilt... and it's almost done, which means there are 3 things left to do, which realistically could take up to two more hours. But it's so hard to stop and take a break! So here I am anyway, eating a microwave quesadilla and some oreos (great nutrition, huh? Can you tell I'm going for speed?) so I can get back to work energized.

Oh it's just a regular quesadilla, but it's faster to microwave it. I usually make quesadillas on the stove, in a pan with butter and they taste best this way. But the quick way is to just sandwich some shredded cheese between two tortillas and nuke for 1 minute. You can add more to it, of course. Salsa, tomatoes, onions, shredded chicken... but the simplest form is just cheese.

I usually just put the tortilla right on the grill, then add shredded cheese and taco meat (DH and I both like that combo), no butter (seems fine without it). I'll have to try the nuclear version. ;)
