I also have the 350, and I love it. It's easy to use, lots of stitches, nice and quiet. Also, the 800 help # is always answered by someone who knows whats going on, which was a big help to me when I first got the machine!

Don't have either machine but I have a general comment about the embroidery feature: When the machine does the embroidery, will you be content to sit there and watch it work? I had originally wanted an embroidery machine and realized that I would still need a "regular" machine to do the sewing. Just a thought.....

That is a good point Martina! I will have to keep that in mind!
Might be something where one night is embroidery AFTER I have my projects finished, or finished to a point :)

I think I am STRONGLY leaning towards the Brother SE350 now...

    Ok...I changed my mind.
I think I am going to go with the CS6000i.

I think I will get too distracted with the embroidery and I dont do enough that I require my own embroidery machine.

So I decided to save that extra money for a beautiful pair of Nine West pumps I have been walking by every morning LOL

It's funny that you brought up the brother SE-350. I just bought it and I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE IT. It does every thing my other machine doesn't do. I love the embroadering, easy to load, and easy to change threads. :) :) :)

My frame measures 5x7 which is the medium according to the manual you can order the small and large frame so they should work on it.
