Default Brother PQ1500S Hook System Question

Will someone who has this machine tell me if it has an oscillating hook or a rotary hook? I can't find the information online - not even at Brother USA.
    Thanks!

I have this machine but i've not heard of a rotary or oscillating hook ?? I know it has a "pin" for slippery fabrics. Can you explain a little further. Thanks

I have the Brother 1500 but no idea about the hook.

I found this helpful: Rotary hooks rotate around the bobbin carrier in a continuous circle again and again. Oscillating hooks move to half way around and then go back to start again. They go back and forth " back and forth.

If you have any question, answer this. Does the hook move back and forth (Oscillating Hook) or in a complete circle (Rotary Hook)

The best I can tell the machine is rotary.

I do know Bernina is oscillating.

Rotary. Don't remember where I found the info as I looked it up before I purchased mine.

Thank you! I kind of thought it might be rotary but wanted to make sure. They (Brother) don't make that information easy to find. I personally like rotary hook machines only because I believe they run a little quieter than an oscillating hook machine. I can't tell any difference in stitch quality when comparing equal machines.
