I had one. They do beautiful embroidery. Very user friendly. The only reason I got rid of it is I upgraded to one with bigger hoops. I didn't use it to much for regular sewing as I love my older singers for that.

I have one, I have lots of trouble with it, mostly tenstions getting out of wack. Had it fixed a couple of times already.
What exactly are your questions!
