    Default brother VM5100 machine

I test drove a Brother 5100 sewing machine today. Wow what a beauty. I'm looking for opinions pros & cons about this machine. I trust everyone on this board will give an honest opinion good or bad. I also want to dest drive the Baby Lock Desiney machine as well before I make my final decision.
    Thank you
    Sue

I don't know about this machine. I have seen several comments on the board about the Dream Weaver, but not the Dream Creator. I did find a few reviews online for you:

I love my dream weaver it is awesome the 5100 just doesn't, have the pen or laser but otherwise the same as my dream weaver sewing wise and I haven't been disappointed. I do recommend getting the muvit foot as it is not included with your machine and get the open toe and SITD attachment as we'll and babylock has created a guide bar for it

Thank you ladies for your advice & research links. I read them all and they are very helpful. Went to checkout the Baby Lock today but the store was closed. Website stated they were open Sunday but they were not. Well hopefully some night this week I'll try again
    thank you all for everything
    Sue.
