    Default Bubble Jet Set Question

I have 3 quilts ready for labels and after much failure with 'fabric markers', I have decided to use the Bubble Jet set. I read and understand the directions with one exception: at what point is the freezer paper removed from the fabric? The directions on the bottle are quite clear with this one exception. What is your experience?

I use Bubble Jet - after it is dried and ready to go - you iron it onto freezer paper and run it thru your printer to print onto it your label words - peel off the freezer paper and sew it on. the freezer paper is so you can run it thru your printer.

I just tried the bubble jet set for the first time on a label, and am not overly impressed. I still had to go over spots with micron pen because it lightened too much when I did the bubble rinse. I'm a little leary that it will fade with washing. I've had great luck with the printed treasures pre-treated fabric though. Thinking I may stick to those.

I've used Bubble Jet Set for years. Petey's instructions are right on. Just make sure you use the Bubble Jet Set Rinse after letting your printed label dry for at least a half hour. The Rinse sets the ink so it won't wash out!

What "fabric markers" did you try? Why did they fail? I need to make some labels also. Thanks for the info!
