    Hi Everyone,

I just received my bubble jet set and rinse.

Would like any helpful hints and how to do's and not to do's.

Can I pour the leftovers bubble jet back into the container?

Can I pour the rinse leftover back into the container?

How much do you think I should use say per 8 1/2 X 11?

    Thanks
    Pam

Hi Pam, I've had mine "forever".. ... I attached a paper to the bottle & have been writing down each time I use mine. I have mostly used mine for labels so not a test for someone who wants to use it alot for photo transfers, etc. There is NO PROBLEM returning the "bath" into the bottle & keep re-using it.

you can reuse BJS but not the rinse, you add it to water. how much it takes per sheet depends on how absorbent your fabric is, you just pour plenty in the pan so it is totally covered, you sure don't want a dry spot. After it has soaked , I think it's 5 mins. lift it up and let it drip a bit then hang it to dry. I don't lay mine on a towel because it seems like it would suck the BJS out of the fabric, I may be wrong and that would be a first! After it's dry press it but be careful because it will scourch more easily.

    Hi,

Thank you both for helping me out. Going to wash and dry my photo fabric tomorrow so hopefully I will be ready to soak and then print.

    Again Thank you very much
    Pam

If I remember right (it's been a while since I used mine) the jet set is mixed with water, so no you wouldn't be able to pour it back in. But I think you can save it and use it later.
The rinse you can definitely pour back in the bottle.
    Hope that helps.

Oh, i almost forgot. Cut you fabric 9 x 11 1/2. Iron it to freezer paper, then cut it to the 8 1/2 x 11. Less chance of corners curling.
