Mine's not as much a Bucket List as it is a "what I will try when I get better @ quilting" list.

My shelf if full of patterns, fabric, and quilts to be made. I just hope to live a long time so I can complate all of them. It just reminds me of the saying "I can not die>It is all the work I have to do and there isn't enough time to get it done so I have to keep on living" I know the Good Lord is in control so I try to sew everyday and enjoy every moment and appreciate the process of living. Help those who I can and give an encouraging word to those who need it because everybody is worthy.

Yup. And the best part is we're using our gifts He gave us to benefit the lives of others, even if it's our families.

I think I may have to add Dresden plate to my bucket list. But I have one advantage over most of you. I'm 18 and have lots of time, Lord willing, to complete them. Now if my bucket would stop growing...

Hmmmmm....let me see...in no particular order.

~ Jacqueline de Jonge's "Circle of Life"...got the pattern already, but all I can do is stare at it...lol
    ~ Cathedral Window
~ Circle Quilt w/ African Fabrics
~ Transitions (like the beautiful "Coffee in Bed" recently posted, but in blues).
    ~ French Braid...maybe in purples
......oh wait....the Bali Wedding Star or at least a DWR
    ~ a Black/White/Red something
~ a Desert Nine Patch or Sweet Menagerie
~ a Batik Hearts.....and the list goes on and on and on......

Here is a Library Quilt with books in a bookcase I made for a Librarian at my DD's school who was retiring. She had her DH hang it on the wall late in the evening after the Retirement Party! You can see it, and other Library Quilts here:

This may help you accomplish at least one of your bucket list quilts. Belles

The disappearing 9 block is my next selection. I have a deep wine, floral fabric that I want as the predominate fabric.
Would this pattern work well if I kept the main colors and not scrappy fabric or would that be boring>
    I need advice.
