Buttonholed for featherweight
I have just bought two featherweights from 1950. One person who sold me one of them called me and said he has a buttonhole attachment. Before I buy it I need to know if there is a attachment and if it has a special number.

Yes there is. Here is a site to give you an idea of the possible cost of attachments. You can also check ebay for ideas but remember those are inflated in price.
You might want to consider if you're actually going to use it. If not I'd pass...
