Calling all Mystery quilters...
#162
Hi! Candi,Thanks and your vineyard fabric is very unusual! A friend gave me the rooster fabric, she was trying to make placements out of them. So glad they didn't work! Thinking I might make her a quilt when I finish the first. My rule: Whatever I make, I get the first one; then if anyone wants one I make them one. Most of the time if the first project is given away, you never seem to get around to making another. Take care, Chris

I love the rooster, Chris, such warm and homey colors. And, Candi, the vineyard is gorgeous; rich deep colors are a favorite of mine. I'm SO looking forward to this quilt!

I keep meaning to call you, Missy, but every time I think to sit dow and do it, some small fire flares up that I need to put out!

In this thread here http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-82205-1.htm ,Missy posted a PDF with the fabric requirements, if you download it, pick out your size and fabrics, then Missy will use that thread to post clues starting by the end of the month. If you have any questions, ask them here and Missy will answer.
Hope this helps.

Missy,
I know you are not suppose to answer this question - but I saw that lovely chicken print and then the fish. Are the 12 1/2 squares going to be cut up or are they going to stay as a fussy cut - so you can use panels?

Missy,
Question about the cutting directions ( posted on the 3rd page here http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-82205-1.htm ), am I cutting 140 pieces each for the full size of the background and 140 pieces each for color 1? I am thinking so but want to make sure.(first step)
Thanks for posting them, alas, I doubt I'll have much time before Christmas to get much cutting done..so I just need to get past those ants in my pants, LOL
