I have Monogram Wizard Plus, but that's not what I used to make a label for my grandson's quilt. I scanned a piece of the fabric that was the size of a piece of regular paper. Then I folded a piece of paper in half and scanned it on the "fabric" paper (centered). Then I went to Word and typed what I wanted to put on the label and put the color in that I wanted it to be and then put that last scanned paper in printer and it put my label on it. If that's what I wanted, then I put a fabric sheet in the printer and copied the scanned paper onto the fabric sheet. Followed the directions and sewed it onto the back of my quilt.
