I am very sorry that you had to find out they do not ship outside US....after you found exactly what you want.
If you do a Google search on "sewing machine cams" you might find another site that will ship to your area. I seem to recall a number of sources on the search that I did! Give it a try!
Would you consider sending them an email and asking if they would make an exception since they have what you want and need?
Could you have a friend in US have them shipped to their house, and then they ship them on to you? I would think there are some ways to get around their policy. Quilters are Creative. Give it a try!
