Default Can anyone help identify this fabric?

I am really hoping someone can help me identify this fabric. it has light ones of the same color and some blacks in it. The color in the picture is a little redder than the actual piece of fabric. I want it for the sashing on a quilt and am short a little. If you can identify the manufacture or even the color or anything that would help I would appreciate it. Thanks

I would just go ahead and buy the full yardage you need in a similar fabric and save this for a future project. Matching is going to be too hard.

Oh golly, I think I just saw that fabric yesterday at a fabric store. I remember it because I was going to use the same fabric on my American Indian quilt. Do you want me to go look for it and get the info??? PM me.

it looks like a Batik and if that is the case, I doubt you will be able to match it from the photo......too many Batiks ''look alike'' in colors but the swirl patterns are often very different. I agree, find another Batik with similluar colors and save this one for another quilt. Call the LQS to see if they carry a good selection of Batiks....some do and some stores do not and this will help you head in the right direction without a lot of wasted time going to stores that don't carry what you are looking for. Good luck!!

Thank you for looking. The fabric I have is a batik and it is not the same. Close those. I think I will take everyones advice and just look for a different fabric. Thank you so much.

It looks like a Hoffman batik and I would swear we had some in stock at the quilt shop where I work. PM me if you want me to double check.

I noticed the fabric has "Chrystals by Paintbrush Designer 665" on the selvage, have you tried maybe googling them to see if they still carry the fabric?

i have some of a different color. it is a batik, hoffman or Moda. That said, i'd just use a different piece and save that piece for another project.
