I was wondering if it was a pre-printed pattern on quilting fabric. I've purchased several yards of different designs for my mother, who enjoys hand embroidery. I recently picked up a couple more for her, one has flowers, birds, and butterfly blocks with scallops, it's called Caught Up In Stitches by RJR Fabrics. The other one has cute snowman blocks, it's called Snow Happens by Bird Brain Designs for Fresh Water Designs.

I am going to follow this thread because now I am curious. It is a delightful quilt. I am hoping it is machine embroidered because that is my thing. Good Luck! Please let us know when you find it!

This is so sweet! I love the idea of pink work.

I love this pattern, if push comes to shove I just may try to enlarge the picture enough to trace it!! Keep looking. I heard back from 2 "quiltery's" and neither carry this pattern.

You can look on Pinterest under sunbonnet ladies. There are several pages that will veer off from there. That might be a good choice.
