Can anyone please tell me what this block pattern is called?
I'm making a quilt square for a surprise birthday quilt for a friend. I found this one that I really like, but can't find what it is called or a pattern/directions for it. If someone can at least point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I got some hits with Crown of Stars but not exactly your block.
