Have you tried their spray on product that makes the fabric stiff? Thanks for the information about this new product.

I would recommend buckram. It is a very stiff cotton fabric used to make hats & bags - also used in book binding. Google it if you are not familiar which it, but I think it with give you just the right amount of stiffness you are looking for.

    HTH!

Good old fashioned buckram is very stiff. I've used it in bags that were big and had to have stable sides that would stand up. It used to be used in hat making, to make stiff brims. I bought it at Hancock's Fabrics, locally.

Soft and Stable would be perfect. It is a little pricey however. Works great on handbags and very easy to use.
