you are being too harsh on yourself. Remember: done is better than perfect AND no one but you will criticize these stitches. I vote for leaving them as they are and not worrying. Unless it's going into a show, then that's different.

Ain't that the truth! For this quilt, I would chalk it up to learning and leave well enough alone. When the whole quilt is finished and washed, you'll soon forget about those little imperfections and just consider that part of the charm.
For the record, it's only really noticeable to YOU. I'm only seeing it because you've got a close-up.
This fails the "Can I see if from a galloping horse?" category.

It's not a big deal. But you can keep the other options in mind for the next quilt.

Isn't it a great method! I LOVE QAYG.
I agree with the galloping horse theory! Done is better than perfect. And, attempting perfection can give you ulcers!

Get a very fine crochet hook and pull them away from where they are now...the farther the better.

you would have to go back and stitch over the end of the seam you want to leave. then unpick.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is terrible! Throw your sewing machine into the nearest lake with you strapped to it.

Please, I don't mean to sound crass, BUT remember that we are all here together. I betcha I have made a faux pas in my learning experience. I'm sure I will make many more. Enjoy the ride. Sometimes you get the stallion; sometimes you get the mule.
