    You can, but it's not the easiest thing to do. First, you need rulers designed to be used with a long arm -- rotary cutter rulers won't work. They are not thick enough. It's also important to have an attachment for the bed of your longarm to give yourself a more stable support for the ruler. So with the right equipment, it's possible. But, if you don't like ruler work, it can be very tedious. It's stunning on the quilt if it is done well, but it can be a pain in the youknow. Does it sound like I don't much like to do it?
