    Default Can you help identify this item?

    This was in a big bag of accessories that I got with my second hand quilting frame. I don't see it listed as a part in any of the manuals. Maybe it's something given to me by accident? Thank you for your help. I believe the previous owner used a Viking mega quilter with the frame, I did NOT purchase the machine, just the frame.

    Yep, that's your handy dandy hand control for a quilter.....she will probably be glad to get it back, unless you want to keep it?

    I bought the frame so long ago, I wouldn't know how to get a hold of her . Could it be something she meant to give? What does it do? What dose it plug into?
    she did give me the speed control. But I don't see a spot for it to plug into on that.

    i had one just like that... it went with my Quilter's Cruise Control.

    Thank you everyone! So, please correct me if I am wrong; this item is specific to her Viking machine? What does it do? What does it plug into? She gave me a speed control that came with the frame. There is no where on that for this to plug into.

    I would say to google the speed control and is if the item is part of that. They usually have diagrams on line in case you lose your instructions.

    Mine is a little red box that plugs into the machine and the small end of your part sticks into the red box. the large end with the button is attatched to the handles that you guide the machine with. the button part controls the power. like a on and off switch..

    Thank you all!! I did some googling, it is the on off thing for a quilters cruise control. I don't have a quilters cruise control. I just have the grace speed thing (the 80$one, not the 500$ one). I know the cruise control was not a part of my purchase. I did find the old emails from the seller with her phone number. I called her, I think she was shocked lol. She did mean to include it, and dose not need it, but it dose not go with anything I purchased. Thank you all again for pointing me in the right direction and identifying it!

    I think you have to have the machine to plug that into. I think you have to have both the frame and machine for it to be of any use.
