I'd go with the stripes. If you think that making every patch with stripes may be too much, substitute another fabric here and there.

I'm not experienced in this but will the stripe look good in a 4P? Doesn't 'sound' good to me but I don't know that I've ever seen a quilt that had one.

But the stripe does look great with the colors and would look fabulous with the print. Can you use it as a narrow border before the floral?

Take the risk! I love the colors; they work well together.

Love the little stripe - it puts some WOW in the quilt. But I also love the purple - perhaps you could use both, using either the purple, or the stripe (if you have enough) for a small inner border between the blocks & the floral.

Be sure to post pics of your final decision.

    Have a blessed day

I would get rid of the plain blue and go with the stripe - but then I like bold and unusual, and dislike pastels.

I would use it for a small border.

Stripes forever. I always try to place a geometic fabric somewhere in a grouping.

I love a stripe for an inner border, and this one would really tie everything together. 2" strips would finish at 1-1/2", and add just enough pop! Or maybe you want to sprinkle it in the four-patches every once in a while. I say it's too perfect not to include somewhere! Have fun!
