They've decided they are not going to find out the sex of the baby until it's born so I definitely can't do either blue or pink. I do machine embroidery and will be doing a Pooh quilt with embroidered squares, but I also want to do a generic baby quilt to give to her soon as a congratulations quilt. I'm so excited! Thanks for letting me share with all of you.

Shhhhh---- we won't tell-- congratulations, you will have a ball with the little one. I've got my first great grand and his is growing like a weed. Is almost 4 months old now and really responding, cooing and smiling and trying to talk. I make baby quilts that a "bright" colors. Lots of times with little animals or something like that appliqued to the blocks. Later on when they are about 1-2 years they get an I spy quilt with all kinds of shapes and animals etc in them. Be sure to let us all know when the little one is born. We all love baby pictures.
