i have found that 99% of the brick & mortor shops have the same policies- its not just on line shops-
very seldom do you find a place willing to take back cut fabric-
most of the larger stores around here do charge a (re-stocking fee)
it's just the way things are going- don't blame being on line- it's all over the place.

Additionally if they have it posted regarding their return policy, and its right there for us to read, you have no dispute on that end either.
