You need to heal the tendons. I am an herbalist and this works every time. Get a GOOD name yucca, B6 and B complex (Solaray/Dr. Christopher/Jarrows on Vitacost.com for lower prices) and take 2 of each three times a day with meals. My Dad and other clients were scheduled for the surgery and didn't need it after a month on this formula (faithfully). Now, if he feels that tingle, he starts it immediately and it goes away in about 3 days. He doesn't need to use it unless it hurts.

Anything with 'itis' after it is inflammation and this is an anti-inflammatory recipe.

I tried the braces, therapy, cortizone shots finally had the surgery and more therapy. Would do it again if i had to as i got so much relief from the tingling and pain. It was not a long recovery either.

-Had surgery 3 times didn't help at all. I now wear braces at night for the extreme pain and it works great...avoid surgery if you possibly can...even my Dr said there is no guarantee it won't come back.

My daughter has had terrible wrist pain, braces and all. When I began having the same sort of symptoms and was working my way through the various braces, her recommendation was to get a magnetic bracelet. Sure is worth a try as there are some very attractive ones out there and non-invasive--a lot more attractive that a 24/7 brace! It worked!!! I have several of those those pretty bracelets in the drawer now and, if ever I have this again, they will sure be pulled out. Like I said, it's worth a try and a lot easier and cheaper than the surgery. Surgery might be the only alternative but shouldn't be the first one--my opinion.

Do give the wrists plenty of rest, the ice routine and reasonable amounts of anti-inflammatories (such as aspirin),too, to reduce swelling and give the body every chance of healing itself. Worked for me anyhow.

I suffered with it for 2 years in both hands, using the brace, drugs, anything that was out there. Finally had the surgery and it was wonderful after that. I have strongly advised several friends to have the surgery. It is not a huge surgery and my husband even had it and he watched. Not me. I let them do it themselves. Don't need to see those things. But seriously, I can now quilt with no problems.

I wore braces then last year I had surgery in both hands. A month apart. No problem since then and the recovery time was fast.

Had surgery surgery 25 years ago no problems since. Didn't take very long to recover. Have the surgery it's worth it.

I also had carpal tunnel in both hands for many years. Would have pain and things dropped out on my hands. Wore the nite braces still did not help. Finally had the surgery in right hand and it turned out wonderful no more pain or dropage. Then as my left hand got worse several yrs later I had surgery on that hand. Surgery was the best thing I had done. Was not painful and would do it again if I had to. Good luck.

I had surgery years ago on both my wrists one at a time and it was great. When I was in the hospital (one day surgery) they elevated my hand and it scared me because I could not elevate my hand without it going to sleep. It did not go to sleep - It felt wonderful. I also have had trigger finger surgery on all fingers except my little fingers. My fingers actually locked down and they had to put them in braces and then do surgery. The only thing I really have a problem with now is holding a sewing needle. Everything I do by machine. I am 64 years old.
