    Default Center Panel Quilt Pattern

Do any of you know where I can find "nice" quilt patterns using a center panel? I have a beautiful Nativity Scene panel that I want to make into a quilt to donate it to my husband's Knights of Columbus Steak Dinner to be used for a raffel.

I've had not luck finding patterns. I've seen quite a few quilts using the panels but they don't include patterns.

I have done several panels and just add progressively larger border strips to it. I might start with 1 1/2 inches, 2 1/2 inches and then 4 1/2 inches.

I bought a book to get ideas for quilts made with pre-printed panels. Got mine used at Amazon, here's a link:

Why not offset the panel and make nine-patch or your choice down one side and across the bottom and then a border? Just an idea.

My favorite is Peaceful Patchwork by Mountain Peek Creations. Have made it a couple of times.
