I had a Mint Green FW that my SIL picked up for me a few weeks ago for $25. I ended up trading it for a Singer 12 in a treadle that is in unbelievable condition and is coming from France.

I just can not get into the whole FW thing, I will repaint them and work on them but I just do not like them. I would rather have a 301 if I was going for a portable.

Oh I had to throw in some cash to go along with it but I have always wanted a Singer 12 with the MOP inlay. That is one of my top wish list machines!!

It's up to $200 now! I've never shopped for a featherweight. What is a fair price for one that is in decent shape?

I'd like one of those W and W machines that you found, Charlee. I'm still dreaming about finding one of those!
