    Fantastic. Moda Bake Shop has lots of free patterns and Missouri Star Quilt co has lots of tuts for precuts. Love your. Im going to try right after Christmas.

    Here's what I did with 5x5 inch squares. My daughter gave them to her friend fer her babies for Christmas and they loved them. Both have flannel backings.

    Lady Bugs

    Thanks! I make them on the computer and print on those sheets of fabric meant for a printer. You can find all kinds of free labels to download online. I know Connecting Threads has some. You can also use post card templates in Publisher for cute designs. So far there have been no problems with the labels and washing. I always follow the directions to make the ink permanent.

    Thank you so much for the idea to make professional looking labels. I had been writing on mine and didn't think they looked too good. I'm trying your idea.
