I ran across the same high price when I was looking for a yard of Mets fabric to make my cousin's grandson a pillowcase.

Word of warning to those who are saving fabric to make their kids or grandkids a HP quilt in the future, make it now. Planned to do one for one of my granddaughters but she changed into a teen ager before I could make it. She still loves HP and the books/movies and has continuted her interest into adulthood but no way would she want a HP quilt.

There is no way I would pay that much for any fabric, even if it were made with gold or silver - that's ridiculous.
