I have 5 people in my family that love Harry Potter. We own all the movies and books. Justing waiting for the last movie to be sold and we will have it as well. But not paying that much for the fabric.

Before Ebay became a household word, I made a small fortune selling hard to find and out of print books on Ebay. Most were sold to dealers who had clients that wanted the books. I never paid over a few dollars if that much for them at yard sales and thrift stores. Now most know to check Ebay before selling. You have to strike while the iron is hot as they say to make a living selling collectibles. People with disposable income don't blink spending few thousand dollars for items they want, worth the price or not.

I will tell you when a fabric goes out of production, the price goes way up. HP, Red tractor IH, you name it, and it becomes a commodity. Those vintage fabrics we all have are worth its weight in gold for a collector. Books, are the same way. There are people out there that will spend money on snowso they have too much money, as far as I am concerned. Just my opinion.
