purchased some muslin at joann's today. noticed while checking out that i was charged 5.99 per yd but the bolt said 3.99. fortunately the bolt was stll at the cutting counter and an adjustment was made. i can't help but wonder how many times this has happened and i didn't catch it. upcs and scanners aren't fool proof so be careful and check our receipts.

I try to check my receipt anytime I shop.
    Recently I saw peaches a for 50-cent a pound,at Wal=Mart.
Watching scanner when being checked out the peaches rang up at $1.68 per pound. Whoa, let's do a price check. Produce manager said $1.68 was correct price. He answer was someone must have moved the price sign. Needless to say I was not happy, nor did I buy peaches. This was not the first time
prices a checkout did not match posted prices.
I wonder how many people paid $1.68 or item that was priced 50-cent per pound.

I was charged $36.00 for a can of dog food at Petsmart. I noticed and they fixed it, but the girl was clueless when I mentioned there was a mistake. I love my dog but not that much.

Happens to me constantly, especially at the grocery stores.
Gotta watch 'em like a hawk!

I watch each item as they ring it. It is amazing how many times they are wrong on sale items.

If I go to our grocery store and an item comes up wrong you get it for nothing. It's a great store.

walmart use to to that but they screwed up so much that they stopped it as soon as they started it..

Joannes rang me up for two of the same books, and I only got one.. Called the manager when I got home.. I have yet to go back and get my refund..

It happens to me so much that I try to take someone with me to watch. I use to go back and try to make things right but the time and effort just got to me.

i bought .5 yards at joanns and if I had not looked at the slip I would have been charged for 5 yards, simple mistake. Normally I just pay and really dont pay much attention ... not anymore
