    The dark brown has more pop to it. I vote dk brown.

    Well you can see people like both! For me the brown is a winner. It's rich and warm and cozy. The grey is too light and as someone else mentioned, has a cold feeling. Of course we all big our own perspective and I live in the mountains surrounded by trees and nature. The brown with those fabric squares feel very homey to me.
