    Default Tips for robe

For those of you interested in doing a quilted flannel robe, be sure to wash and dry 3 times all the flannel first before quilting. There are 3 layers of flannel. I also made a hawkeye one for step son and the outer layer was fleece. I got a real deal on gray flannel and used it for both the batting and lining. The fleece didn't need washing but the flannel gets it's usuall three wash and dry before quilting.
