    These are GREAT ideas!! I love this site but I'm not gettin a thing done in the sewing room!! Everytime I go to sign off...another message pops up and I just hafta look!! Thanks for the ideas!!

    Could you print it on fabric and do that instead? The photo printing paper is more expensive than using freezer paper but it might last longer....great idea (mind if I copy?) :roll:

    There is a pattern online (don't recall where) for a laptop computer sleeve. It uses fabric and velcro and looks pretty simple. I plan to make some for our quilt bazaar, but haven't tried it yet. I'll try to find the pattern or link if anyone is interested.

    Love the idea of making pillowcases, they would be personal when you select fabric that goes with the receivers personality.

    Why not ask someone with an emb. machine to do the emb. for you. Send them the washed fabric, etc. and see how much it would cost..of course you would have to share the recipe. ....

    I made some with dolphins for my niece who is a dolphin fanatic. She wants me to make another one so she has one on the line and one on the cushion at at times. That is a great idea for my friends at quilt the club too. thanks for reminding me. :thumbup:
