I've made these for several years now - always seem to get a good response, and they're very easy (and relatively inexpensive!).
We used the faux glass paint in these and added glitter. We also shook the paint real well and got a bubbled effect.

I did a bunch of ornaments today. I surprised myself how many I got done. I love my glue gun. Until I burn myself. That hurts. Pictures coming soon! I did start a tuterial on the bell ornaments.

That's the ornies I got done today. While I was putting these on QB, I was cutting out rag ball ornies to get sewn up. I'm almost done cutting those out.

Then I have to start painting my santa's I've been working on. Sure hope I can get the faces painted right. I'm not a super good painter.

Any body else make any ornies today???

I have a lot more to do yet. I'll be glad to get some of these supplies worked up. I know I have tons more. I just have to figure out which tote they are in. :-)

I love after Christmas clearances. You can find all sorts of things you can buy and rework them to make them look so much better.

I will be making more handmade ornies. I have a lot of sites to go to that I saved from this thread.

Re marbled glass ornaments - When I did them w/ DD, one of the paints we used was a metallic. Gold w/ green and red, silver with blue and white, etc. Sorry, no pic - they are all packed away!
