I used your pattern to make a potholder...I kinda cut off some points here and there but it's a potholder none the less. Thank you for the pattern and for the instructions. I forgot to attache the file. Sorry

Wow Feathers, that's great :D , you're the first person to post any results. It's so great to see someone make something with one of my patterns :P and what's a few points between friends. It's quite a tricky pattern and I know you've just been learning the foundation piecing, so I think you've done really well  .
Isn't it funny how these old threads pop back up from time to time. Just when you thimk something has dissappeared forever in the mists of cyber space, someone else finds it. I had only been on the board a few months when I posted this and I think that I could have made something that would have been more suitable to a wider skill range than I did :? , But I've learn't heaps since then, so hopefully next time more people will find it do-able :P

These are really beautiful. In my ares, at a local resort, they have a
"Festival of Trees". Several organizations decorate the trees and they are sold. Our local quilt guild, Fort Henry Piecemakers, has decorated a tree for several years. This past year it sold for $700.00. Previously, it has been decorated with stuffed birds, angels and this year snowmen. I am printing out your patterns, etc. to pass on for next year.

These are the patterns for stars I was looking for the other day. They were on the board, but when I went back to look again, they were gone! I now have them bookmarked so I won't loose them again. They are beautiful and I have printed out the papers so I can start sewing some tomorrow when I have time for ME! :P
