I'm with JudyG - if I wait until close to Christmas I get nothing done so monthly sounds great to me. Count me in.

I'm in too if I can work on Christmas presents and not use just Christmas fabrics.

Love that pattern in your "profile?" what is it called? I see lots of patterns (new to me) in these and think "how hard would that one be?" Thanks, Ruth AKA crafty needle.

I was fortunate to have the dept. mgr. arrive to wait on me and while she was cutting my fabric I mentioned to her that someone on the QB and said that all the Christmas fabric was down to $2.22yd, was that wrong? Ready for this project a month. Doing the happy dance.
Went to my Walmart today, and whatever the full price was, it
rang it up at half price-got several for $1.79 a yd. and a couple that were 2.22 and 2.32 a yd. They aren't marked down, just
when they print the ticket out it halves the price.

I love this idea too. I never seem to start early enough and then I end up frazzled and out of time. I guess someone needs to figure out what our guidelines will be. I kind of liked the idea of us all working on the same thing one month, then our own thing the next. Whatever is decided, I think I'm in!

I'm afraid to go to WalMart, I already have too much fabric both Christmas & others. I'm already working on a project for January (my sis & I do monthly theme stuff) which is a snowman wall hanging. Then for Feb. I'm going to begin a table runner which should have been done for a Christmas gift this year. Since we travel a lot (does anyone go to Arizona for the winter?) it's always a challenge to get projects completed, so will love the inspiration I get from you all. HAPPY NEW YEAR

I think I would enjoy this as well. Can anyone join in? I also do not have Christmas material. But other materials. Don't feel I have funds to go shopping. helping daughter and family $$$$$ . Let me know what everyone wants to make? A quilt? some quilt blocks to make place mats, runners or???? :) I'm not a real seasoned quilter. have fun trying.
