Does anyone have any Christmas Story fabric they would be interesting in unloading? I have figured out how to make a Leg Lamp, and I think it would be only appropriate to use A Christmas Story fabric as the background. I want to make a wall hanging out of it. I'm in Houston TX.

In the movie "A Christmas Story" the father gets a large crate delivered. It says FRAGILE (fra jeel ay) on the crate. Inside is an awful lamp that looks like a womans' leg (with a fishnet stocking) from the toes up to the (ahem). A fringed lampshade is on top. Of course, he wants to put it proudly in the front window for all to see, and she the wife) is mortified.

I wish I knew. I, too am looking for the fabric. If you wouldn't mind sharing your idea how to make the leg lamp, you would make my daughter-in-law very happy. I wouldmake it for her.
If I find any fabric, I'll let you know.
