After seeing the Christmas tree tut on here, I so wanted to try it!! I checked at local stores to find the 9 deg ruler..with no luck. So I decided to make one..I have a dresden plate ruler that I knew was 18 deg since it makes 20 wedges so I traced that pattern without the seam allowance, folded it in half (using gift wrap because of size) traced it and added back seam allowances..walla...After transferring to cardboard I now have a free ruler. Very proud of myself!!

Well, may I ask what the bottom width is, the top width and the length up the middle? Would love to make one also. Many thanks in advance if you will share......and no problem if you would rather not. Glenda

Yes, if you would share the measurements, it would be nice -- understand if you don't want too
