    Would you mind sharing where you bought the tree skirt?
    It is my colors and would go perfect with my tree. I did everything in lime green and bright red.

    The idea is to have it quilted now, while it is still a square instead of cutting it first to make a circle.
    I just bought one last Thursday & that is what I had planned to do. I will have to cut it apart & sew it together because it is in 2 pieces but it will work because I am leaving the sides on it.. Great minds travel the same paths. :thumbup:

    This is a 60" christmas fabric I found at Walmart! Maybe they still have it - if you have a Walmart that is still selling fabric.

    I quilted a table runner and placemats exactly this way! It worked great!
