This is easy.....it takes about 10 yards for the cute rag rugs. They are really nice and usually expensive at the quilt craft shows....mainly because 10 yards of fabric is expensive. From the looks of the fabric, the rug with turn out a blue jean blue, with specs of white and pink.....would be nice.

I agree, it's cute! Would make great kids' quilts......but not sure about the metallic stars and writing. It would make a very cute attic window quilt, I think, if you can fussy cut the teeth. Also a nice wall hanging for a dentist's office.

Yes it can make great kids quilt backings or you can also make pillowcases and donate to the charity of your choice. Lately I have been donating to the women's abuse shelters. I figure their lives are already in crisis so whatever bright spot my donations make so be it.
The pillowcases are very easy to make and take 1 yard of fabric each. I used the french seam method so all of my seams were enclosed.
