Default Circle Medallion quilt from Kaffe Fassett's "Passionate Patchwork"

Photographed on p. 6/7 of "Passionate Patchwork", the Circles Medallion quilt pattern is not given in the book. Argh.

The photo below is a similar pattern. What would that block be called? The one photographed is paper pieced and I would like to replicate the quilt from Passionate Patchwork, so will be searching for a pattern.

Did the KFC ever publish a pattern for this quilt or a variation thereof?

I have it at home. I am on a cruise til Jan 28 so when I get home if you still need it contact me.

Thankyou kalady! I think the quilt is "Everyday Best" from her book "Quilts with a Spin"...and is also available as a digital download pattern:
    https://pieceocake.com/products/ever...dable-epattern

It goes right onto the 2024 list!

The quilt in the Kaffe Fassett book uses sharper wedges, alternating thick and thin ends as they go around the circle, but Becky's is very close. Close enough!

l had this pattern for ages...never used it. It was from a quilt calendar that had patterns for the quilt. Now that l'm into using strips & strings, l wish l hadn't donated it. Sigh.
I had the pattern in photo you just posted for years! It was in a quilt calendar. I wish l hadn't lost it in our basement fllod...l never got around to making it, but was always intrigued by it.
