    Oh my gosh...I just wondered this same thing yesterday. I soaked mine in warm soapy water and used a sponge with a slightly rough side and it came clean and was like new. Now I will read what others have done.

    I use an old thin dish towel to press fusible. I have pressing sheets, but never used them.

    I was just using my fingernails or if it was to messy an Emory board! Nice to know they can be washed, I did wipe with a wet cloth afterward! I love my pressing sheet!! The shiny side of freezer paper works too!
