I didn't renew mine either! Then they keep sending you letters and offers. "We want you back" Sorry! Not me!

I agree and their things are much more expensive

Yes I received my issue today and wondered what the clothing section was doing in there. I get numerous clothing catalogs and surely dont need another one. I would have prefered seeing more quilting patterns, etc.

everyone needs to write to F&P editors with all these reasons for NOT renewing. Send back all the paper that you receive with your reasons written. Stopped mine years ago when the mag became just another advertisement.
Same reason I do not wear any clothing with brands showing-- I am not being paid to advertise their products, so I won't.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one disappointed with the newest magazine and the catalog "insert". Not that I don't like Woman Within, but add catalogs don't belong in my quilting magazine. I was also disappointed with the quilts/patterns. The ones that appealed to me were all in the "challenging" category, and as basically a beginner, I am not up for that. And Halloween patterns, to boot. So I will not be renewing my subscription, either. :-(

I havent' been buying magazines like I used to either. The one I always like to get is the Quilt Sampler. I love all the pictures of quilt shops and reading the stories behind each. I wish they still included pictures of the entire staff.

I noticed this also a few months ago. I don't think that a quilting magazine should advertise clothing. It does bother me!

I feel the same way about their TV show. I think it's ridiculous everytime one of them puts on those silly gloves when they pick up a rotary cutter. They look more dangerous to me.

I haven't subscribe to their magazine in quite a while. They keep sending me stuff though.
