I think you can be assured they are a good company. They had a stand at the Festival of Quilts exhibition in Birmingham this weekend and would not spend that much money if they weren't serious. Lovely stuff too.

I like the products and have not have a problem with the quality of the products, but have had some issues with their shipping. Specifically, in two orders the items appeared to have been thrown into a box with no care (and no fillers) so that in one order - the book looked like it had been run over with a truck. In the other orde the pins I ordered were out of the plastic box, the label that is pinned in the box by lid was out and half the pins were scattered all over the box - but the lid was snapped closed on the box. I am still finding tiny pins in the carpet from opening that box!

I order ffrom them often and find things there that I could not find any where else, I order online and the order comes to me fast and in very good shape including hard back books , Sometimes hard backs are a little tricky coming in perfect shape from other companies, Confirmation arrives almost instantly from them, I am very happy with their service :thumbup:
