    Like pinkberrykay, I use Retayne and recommend it for setting dyes. I have run into only a very few fabrics that continued to bleed after a Retayne treatment, and I discarded those. I just cannot risk having a fabric bleed once it is in a quilt -- too much time and expense have been put in.
