    WOW! That looks like the best of both worlds, painting and quilting combined. You have really perked up my interest as I was into painting fr quite a few years and then it just faded away when I stated to quilt.

    I've just got my first packet of inktense colours and intend to use them on a picture of a flower that I took and transformed into a kaleidoscope, I will use a few quilting techniques with it and stick some beads on. Your example gives me inspiriation. Many thanks for the tip about the aloe vera vs the water, as i
