    I think it was meant to be a Dresden Plate.

    On the large end, fold it right sides together and sew across the top. Then turn it right side out and you will get the top of the Dresden Plate look

    I immediately thought of a dresden plate too

    I would pick out a color from those prints and cut the strips the exact same size as these are, sew them together and finish off.

    My first thought was to see what others recommended........
    No one, except the quilt police can tell you what to do. What were your first thoughts?
